By Leonard D. Orr
I think I was an Indian Guru in a previous Life and my devotees stoned me to death because I tried to move them too fast out of their traditional beliefs into enlightenment. So I’ve always been enlightened about the Guru Syndrome in this Life. I constructed the first One Year Seminar and Theta House and Breathwork Movement, etc. on the multiple guru system and the idea that we all are equally Divine. This teaching of mine still didn’t save me from the kill the leader syndrome in my One Year Seminar, but I could see it coming and avoided any real harm. Rebirthers have also betrayed me over 1,000 times—as often as Jesus by his disciples. Christians are still betraying Jesus everywhere. My perspective, which I discovered a decade later, corresponds to Shiva’s doctrine about the True Guru—Sadguru. He said in his discourse to Parvati in the Guru Gita—the ultimate scripture on the subject—that the True Guru is the Conscious Self. This is our personal connection to Infinite Intelligence. In spite of this I have over 10 million students and two devotees. My first devotee was and is Vinay Shukla, who adopted me as his guru in 1977 or 1978. Although he lived in Haldwani, India near Babaji’s ashram, he met Babaji through me. When he realized who Babaji was, Babaji became his Paramguru, Supreme Guru, and Babaji blessed him and me as his normal guru. I have for the past 30 years encouraged him to adopt other gurus, but so far he hasn’t found a better one. Vinay is a very sophisticated Brahman, knowing all the Scriptures. Then in 1991 Heike Strombach came to Consciousness Village training center while looking for her guru and eventually selected me. Two devotees are enough, and I can see why Jesus died to get away from his devotees. Of course Babaji did the same thing in 1984. See Babaji’s letter to me about this printed in the Physical Immortality book, which he sent to me after he died. I’ve been known as the guru of Breathwork, of Prosperity Consciousness, Physical Immortality, and other worthy causes, healing senility, etc. But among enlightened people I am known as the antiguru, some who have written articles about my antiguru, my ordinary status. Needless to say, if I have over 10 million students and only 2 devotees, I’m doing well being an antiguru. I told Sai Baba when I saw him in his nonfunctional state and gave him a copy of my Breaking the Death Habit book that the only way a guru can be immortal is to teach all his devotees how to unravel their death urge. This is a challenge. Financial dependency sucks, and leads to poverty. Emotional dependency sucks, and leads to misery. Political dependency sucks, and leads to devastation and war, as well as economic depressions and political suppression and victim consciousness of all kinds. Spiritual dependency is probably the worst dependency of all, as it cripples both devotee and guru into the march to the grave. It stifles the search for enlightenment in most cases, and guarantees the death of both guru and devotee. The dangers are: S Unconsciousness S Retarding Healing S Excess E. E. P. –Emotional Energy Pollution S Transference of the unconscious death urge, birth trauma, infancy problems, POS, etc. A few years ago I found a copy of Freud’s essay on the unconscious death urge in a friend’s personal library, and read it with great interest. Freud’s essay was totally brilliant, and unfortunately it is the only thing I have been able to find on the subject in addition to my own writings. Obviously, as soon as Freud died, the unconscious death urge went back into the unconscious of all psychologists since, until now. I still don’t see any psychologists writing about the subject even though they are or have been Rebirthers or Breathworkers for decades and have read one or more of my books on the subject. Some of them have died already. Why are people so afraid to come out on physical immortality? Obviously, most people think it is more socially dangerous than being gay. And dying is more socially acceptable. Dying and cashing in on our life insurance is good for the people we leave behind. They have vested interest in our death. The Christian Church today couldn’t be more in opposition to Jesus and his teaching on this subject. Jesus is still being betrayed by his “devotees”. Three of my best friends died in the last few years of being trapped in the guru syndrome. Before I relate their stories, I am pointing out to you that E.E.P. is probably the greatest killer. E.E.P. kills more people than eating meet, believing that death is inevitable, and even automobiles. This is true because our diet is largely controlled by E.E.P. —it is just energy that contains information. It doesn’t matter if the information is good or bad. All information that is not the knowledge of the Tree of Life is the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and kills people if they eat it. The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil is the mind. The fruit of this tree is our thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. People who are trapped in their own thoughts, beliefs, doctrines, and feelings in a way that cuts them off from the Tree of Life must die. Even the belief in physical immortality can kill us if we allow it to separate us from the Transcendental state. We have to Live in the Reality above the Mind—in the Reality that is beyond reality and is the Source of Reality. Physical Immortality philosophy is not a substitute for Living in the Presence of God. We don’t have to do anything to be immortal. We are immortal by nature. We just have to remember this above all things: thoughts, beliefs, doctrines, and feelings. This is the Science of Life and Personal Aliveness. “For God so loved the earth, air, water, and fire (the world), that He gave us His Natural Divinity (His son) that whoever knows (believes in Him) our Divine Nature will not perish, but have Everlasting Life.” Our Divine Nature is Energy, Thought and Form—the Holy Trinity, with nothing added. Our body is created by Thought and maintained by following the rules built into its health and aliveness. The physical body is created and maintained by the Energy Body and the emotional body—mind. Our body is the effect of our mind. Our body-mind includes our conditioning, and this is E.E.P.—this includes thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, and unconscious energy concentrations—energy colored by thoughts and feelings of other people whether it is conscious or unconscious. It is positive or negative mental mass floating in their aura and ours. We can clean this stuff out of our aura with the basic spiritual purification practices of fasting, good diet, exercise (earth), air—conscious energy breathing, bathing twice per day (water purification), especially with the snorkel habit, and fire—sitting by an open flame. These basic Spiritual Purification habits can clean the mind faster than the mind can clean the mind. Knowing this is the supreme wisdom of the mind. Winning the spiritual purification game is what keeps us alive and enables us to defeat death. This is the teaching of Babaji from the beginning of creation, and will be until the end. These are the rules for an immortal body. Eventually the practices allow us to experience our body as points of light—a light body—seen and experienced as physical—a hologram that can be perceived and touched by others. We can realize the Ideal Divine Body. The physical body is a very beautiful and functional tool of Life—of God. The practices that keep it alive and healthy are all simple and pleasurable. They are built into our Divine Nature. Physical immortality is the most natural thing in this world. Being an immortal yogi master is easier than running a business or supporting our children from birth through college, but it takes the same kind of focus and discipline. When we are losing the spiritual purification game we can see it through our symptoms—including stiffness; lack of flexibility in mind or body; feeling miserable, depressed, or angry; and the guru belly phenomenon. Our death urge can get out of control. We tend to indulge in self-sabotaging behavior, become nonfunctional and unproductive, and sabotage relationships and our success in every area of our Lives. This deathist state is accelerated to the extent that we neglect the practices. I’m sitting with my fire at 5 a.m. as I write this, and then I will jump into my tub and breathe and meditate for an hour or more using my snorkel—a valuable tool of this valuable spiritual purification time immersed in water—ganga gel. I love getting up early to write, and I enjoy bathing before sunrise. My fire feels so good I am having difficulty leaving my cozy fireplace for the also wonderful, pleasurable bath. They work together. After bathing, I’ll get blissed-out as I do my favorite fire ceremony. I also plan to fast today. Fasting at least one day per week makes eating 2 to 10 times more pleasurable during the rest of the week. Even though we do these practices, the guru syndrome can still kill us. When I work too much with other people my guru belly exceeds 40 inches and the “noise” of others E.E.P. destroys my quality and joy of Life so much that I feel like dying. The E.E.P. includes birth trauma, infancy atrophy, parental disapproval, eating habits, the death urge, heavy feelings and foggy emotions, senile behaviors, physical weakness, faulty religious perceptions, and excess noise that cripples our productivity and makes us nonfunctional and lazy. It is both mental and physical paralysis. The best cure for this state is nothing—to do nothing-but relax and wait on the Lord to enter our body and bring us back into abundant Aliveness and Health. And while we are waiting on the Lord, to sit or sleep with fire, bathe before sunrise and sunset, eat healthy food and fast, stay in good physical condition with hiking, manual labor, or hatha yoga, and conscious Energy breathing. Mantra japa also fuels all this with Divine Power and Love. The guru syndrome can keep us from doing all this. And we have to teach our students to do it, as well as teaching them to unravel the death urge, which they learned from their family tradition, past lives, cultural and religious conditioning, etc. Efrain Villegas Quintero, Yogi Ramiah, & Paul Gessler Efrain Villegas Quintero, also known as Master Desoto, was one of my heroes. He raised huge sums of money to feed hungry as well as homeless children all over South America. He was a very enlightened man. He realized that feeding the hungry and homeless children was a never-ending job—so he studied tantra yoga as the ultimate ideal birth control method, and taught it to hundreds, if not thousands of people. Efrain was the only true tantra master I ever met. His wife is Irmgaard, and is also a master. Most tantra teachers just use it as an excuse to have sex with uninformed, gullible students. I gave a 9-Day Training to over 60 of their students in the Dominican Republic in 1997. I met couples trained in Tantra by Efrain and Irmgaard, who had sex almost every day for over 20 years without ejaculation. And I met other couples in all stages of mastery. Efrain died in 2005. His death was a great tragedy for me because I thought he was going to be an immortal brother. His cause of death was kidney troubles. Kidney troubles are caused by body memories from infancy. If I had known in time, I could have taught him how to heal this problem, but the problem for him was magnified by the guru syndrome—by the infancy and dependency of his students and their death urges. Gurus must have high quality teachers—Rebirthing Breathworkers—to teach people, devotees, how to be spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and economically self-sufficient. If they don’t do this, the problems of the devotees can kill their leader. Jesus said, “Fear not those who kill the body only, but fear those who kill both body and soul in hell.” In this example, Jesus is teaching fear. He taught that we should fear spiritual vampires, whether they are strangers or members of our own family. Babaji illustrated this teaching in His Herakhan death and burial. Babaji died in February of 1984, yet he sent me a letter from Nepal in Septmeber of 1984 explaining why He left the Herakhan Ashram in this way. His letter is in my Physical Immortality book. I recommend that you study this letter and meditate on it deeply. b Yogi Ramiah was another great hero of mine. He staged an International Babaji Parliament for over 50 years to teach people about Babaji and physical immortality, etc. He built a temple at 5750 8th Street in Yuma, Arizona, dedicated to 18 immortals. It is probably the most powerful temple in America. I stop there every time I go through Yuma. Yogi Ramiah died, in my opinion not only because he worked too hard, but also because he never mastered water and fire purification. b Paul Gessler was the first person I met in this world who also believed in physical immortality. We met at the Church of Religious Science Annual Asilomar Conference in Monterey, California. He was a social worker in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Paul was 6’9” tall. I loved him, his wife Abigail, and daughter, Sara. We met in the early 1960s, and have been good friends ever since. I used to run and jump into his arms every time I saw him. He wrote me a beautiful letter affirming his commitment to physical immortality just one week before he died in his sleep. He thought his mind could save him. The mind—the rational mind—is the great seducer. We have to learn to live in the reality above the mind and learn how to make our rational mind the servant of our spiritual mind. Paul’s death was a shock and source of great sadness to all who knew him. b Last week, Heike’s favorite family member died. It was no surprise, although he learned self-improvement from Heike, and eventually stopped drinking alcohol. She managed to get him off of eating meat for only 30 days a few years ago. Since then, when she brought him delicious vegetarian meals, he defiantly stuck a big German sausage in them, and ate it all! People who think they can eat what they like and control the effects with their mind are just kidding themselves. Not only is a good diet essential, but lots of fasting is necessary, also. Physical immortality is about self-mastery. “The Self is the Lord of all. This Self is the internal Ruler. This Self is the Source of all things. This Self is That out of which all things proceed, and into which they shall return again.” (From the Upanishad) This teaching can seduce the rational mind into thinking that it can ignore the rules. There are rules for creating and maintaining the body. We can master the body for a few decades or for thousands of years, as the great immortal yogis illustrate. The great yogis like Agastyar and Thirumoolar have maintained a body on earth for over 100 million years. Think about this! This kind of mastery is easier than running a successful business or raising children through college, but it takes focus and discipline just like running a business or educating children. We have to follow the rules established by The Creator. Babaji says very simply, “The wise do spiritual practices,” and Himself sets the example in all of His bodies on Earth. I desire to cut myself off from having my income and financial support dependent upon my trainings. I desire my students, and people that I have inspired, to support me. I desire Rebirth International to be a successful International Organization with an abundance of income to support not only me, but also a core of competent staff members who serve the Movement at large and all Conscious Breathers as individuals. This is a very reasonable goal. It is one that should have happened decades ago. Now is the time. Obviously, it is dependent upon your cooperation and generosity. Some of you may only be able to send $1 or $10 per month in the mail, but this is a worthwhile goal for you. This practice not only supports the Breath of Life going to new cities, countries, and countless individuals, but you are also supporting people in many different stages of their healing process—including the senility crisis. This practice may save your own Life. By Life I mean your happiness, health, and body. We all deserve support. Supporting RBI can come back to you multiplied not only financially, but in many ways. Here are a few: S It keeps the RBI Training Center and spiritual purification retreat center available to you when you need it. S Your gifts improve the quality of Life in your environment in every dimension of Life. S Your gifts subsidize valuable real Life research and literature. S Your support can help One Year Seminars to spread to your neighborhood. S Your generosity can be a source of joy, self-esteem, and satisfaction. S Your gifts pay for newsletters to you that can enrich your Life every month. We all deserve an organization in the world that can do what RBI does best. You are supporting more humanitarian causes than can be listed here when you support RBI with your subscriptions, gifts, tithes, and actions. Some people desire to support RBI the organization, and some people prefer to give gifts directly to Leonard D. Orr. Take your choice, but please do it today and please do it regularly. I feel after 3 months of being home—November & December of 2006 and January 2007, that my breath is just getting free. It felt like the excess fat in my solar plexus area was restricting my diaphragm. Now it feels like I have enough room and freedom for my diaphragm to work. My breathing is fuller and freer. However, although my guru belly is softer, I am hoping that a 3-day fast will get it down to at least 35 inches. The practices do work! Fasting and fire purification can liberate our breathing, and people who only know and practice Rebirthing conscious energy breathing discover sometimes that it no longer works. Obviously, these people have to learn and add the practices with earth, fire, and water. E.E.P. can be very dangerous. It has killed my friends. It could kill me, if I am not aware of it and don’t watch it. It can make me very miserable, but the practices with earth, air, water, and fire, takes it away. Earth, air, water, and fire can clean the mind faster than the mind can clean the mind. This is the supreme wisdom of the mind. Energy plus information is mental mass. If you have an inch of dust on your floor, it won’t go away if you have beautiful thoughts about yourself or God. You have to get a broom and dustpan and clean it up and throw it away. The same is true of E.E.P. We have to do the work and get rid of it. It takes as long as it takes. It took me about 3 years to get in this condition. If it only takes 3 months of spiritual purification to get rid of it, this is still a good deal. I predict that another month of spiritual purification will put me back in top form. Then I will have to pace myself more carefully. I wish the problem would go away, but Babaji told me one day that earth, air, water, and fire is the eternal Sadhana. The problem of E.E.P. and cleansing it with spiritual purification is built into the nature of Energy, Thought, and Form. It won’t go away, just as the process of cleaning our homes, dishes, clothes, etc., doesn’t go away. It was fun overextending myself, causing the best year of my career since before senility 20 years ago. 2006 was my best year in 20 years! Now I am paying for it at the level of spiritual causation. Our Energy Body is invincible; it even survives death over and over. However, we have to take care of it, if we desire for it to keep the physical body in great shape. Babaji not only does the practices when He lives in the world, but if you study the history of His bodies, His style is to work in the world for 25 to 50 years and then to do spiritual purification for 25 to 50 years. As Herakhan Baba, He worked in the world for 14 years, from 1970-1984. He took off for 7 years, then spent 18 months in the U.S.—fall of 1991 to spring of 1993, and is now fairly unavailable until after the Maha Kranti. The big events of the Maha Kranti are expected to occur between now and 2010 to 2012. The tidal wave in Indonesia, and hurricanes in the Southern United States were pretty big. What will happen this year? The natural disasters are involuntary spiritual purification for people who don’t do it voluntarily. The Bible says, “God will destroy those who destroy nature. Are you a nature worshiper or a nature destroyer? Or both? Which dominates your work and lifestyle? E.E.P. is noise in our mind—excess noise. It also slows down the body. It makes it harder to do things, to complete things and to concentrate. This noise affects our memory. It is a source of continuous tension. Each time I go through the purification process, it feels like I am getting my body back. E.E.P. is victim consciousness from the 8 biggies. Jesus did die for the sins of his people as well as his own. What was his sin? Perhaps his only sin was his desire for fame. His death hasn’t saved anyone for 2,000 years, nor did his resurrection. Jesus said, “If they Believe not Moses and the Prophets, neither will they believe though one raise from the dead.” He was right. What good will you do or accomplish by dying for or from the E.E.P. of others? If Jesus wasn’t so interested in fame, he could have gotten married and moved to Greece, or to India, and disappear as many immortal yogis do. They disappear in ordinary lives. They are in Love with Life instead of fame. Ordinary Life is enough. One of the reasons I am still alive is because I care about the quality of Aliveness in my students more than fame or money. All ideas, no matter how big or valuable, are equal by themselves. All ideas by themselves are just insignificant—one of the 50,000 that we have everyday. Which is most important??? __ I am safe and immortal right now. __ It is time to eat. __ My bowel movement is coming. __ My Spouse is asking for attention. __ It is time to feed my animals. __ My house needs some cleaning. __ It is time for my bath. __ It is time to go to work. __ I have to balance my checkbook. __ Om Namaha Shivaiya Even the mantra can disappear in the flow of everyday mundane thoughts and become equal to all other thoughts. It looks and can feel the same as others, even though we remember it 25,000 times per day. We are the Infinite, Eternal Energy, no matter what we are thinking and we “know” this or can KNOW this between all our thoughts—50,000 time each day. __ It is time to get more wood. __ I have to go shopping today. __ I should call my friend. __ I will read my book now. __ My breathing is full and easy. __ I notice that my breathing is shallow and restricted. __ It is time to think and deeply examine my Life. __ It is time to earn money. The most difficult thing in Life is to discriminate between the important thoughts and the unimportant thoughts. There are times when the most mundane thoughts are most important, and times when the most abstract, glorious thoughts become mundane. All thoughts are mundane when we master them. -AND- We can exalt the most mundane ideas into fame and glory by singing and dancing them. Whatever we concentrate upon can bring us equal excitement, joy and Aliveness when we are consciously connected to Source while doing it. I’m going to plant a new tree or vegetable seeds today. I’m going to buy or build a new house. I’m going to make love to my spouse today. I’m getting married today. Today I get divorced and am free again. It is time to double my income. I desired to write this newsletter when I got home 3 months ago. There was so much noise in my mind and body that I am just completing it now. As I do more and more nothing with spiritual purification, I get 5 to 10 times as much done in a day. I can sometimes accomplish more in one day after a fast than I accomplished in a whole week before a fast. Time expands and contracts due to the quantity of the noise of E.E.P. Spiritual community can be the source of great power. Understanding the role of E.E.P. in our Lives is one of the great secrets of Life. Becoming Energy, Thought, and Form with nothing added is one of the supreme goals of enlightenment. Becoming One with the Nothing is the Source of all Potentials. When we have achieved this we are One with All Power. And we are Free. From here we can go anywhere. Check out these great Western Siddhas: go to www.youtube.com and type in the following names to view videos, and then check out their websites at www. (First and last name) .com ¨ David Copperfield © Criss Angel « David Blaine When you figure out how these guys do these things, let me know! Are they great American Siddha yogis? Being a part of a One Year Seminar can be the Source of Success and Aliveness on all levels—practicing Truth, Simplicity, and Love in an intimate small or large group of enlightened people. A OYS is the same group of people meeting for one day once per month for a year. Loving relationships have to have a form to be real. We have a money game, usually $100 per day, built into the OYS in order to master money. The RBI OYS gives the leader 40%, the organizer 40%, and 20% goes to RBI. RBI supplies content, promotion, training, and leaders. When a member leads the group, they get paid the leader’s portion. It is possible to get back 50% of a year’s tuition in one day or 100% or even 1,000%, depending upon the number of participants in the group. Good leaders can tour the world and come home with the biggest income they ever experienced. The OYS as spiritual community can heal terminal diseases sometimes in one day when it reaches maturity. Spiritual community can give us E.E.P. or dissolve it. The goal is clear! Usually a transformation occurs in the middle of the year. Being a part of a OYS can be one of the greatest experiences of our Life. The builders of OYSs are the great heroes of this world. The RBI Breathwork Movement needs over 100,000 OYSs right now! And we can support them and expand our prosperity dramatically if we can maintain our focus and participation. Our OYS in Virginia is the first Saturday of each month. You can start the OYS by being a full participant in this newsletter—a OYS by mail. You can pay whatever you like—a loving, generous tithe that feels good to give! And if you can send an article for me to share with the rest of you, every month our E.E.P. can be smaller and less costly. As I said above, I love getting your personal news and reading your thoughts and personal processes as much as receiving your money. Obviously, reading your thoughts is more interesting than reading $100 Federal Reserve Notes or your checks. Your personal notes are Divine Food. They nourish me and entertain my mind all the way to the bank and back home, while I am working, playing, and even sleeping. Most Rebirthing Breathworkers have left the profession, and some have died. In 1977, Abubabaji told Sondra Ray, me, and others that if we didn’t combine breathing with mantra, the Rebirthing Breathwork movement would just be a passing fad. I argued that affirmations practiced with the emotional response technique are the science of mantra yoga. Babaji refined my understanding of mantra yoga and the science of mind with Om Namaha Shivaiya. Superficial people who become Rebirthing Breathworkers and who don’t take their clients through 10 sessions and build spiritual community around themselves when their clients have had a few sessions, their clients, and other Breathworkers are the first to quit. They complain that it is too intense to give sessions, but we have only to watch Divine Energy moving in another person’s body while guiding their breathing. These failed Rebirthing Breathworkers get a job and get inundated by the E.E.P. of their coworkers. It may be subtler than the intensity of breathworking, but it is far more deadly. E.E.P. from family and coworkers sneaks in more slowly and gradually and then we wonder where our self-esteem went, and where our self-sabotage and ugly emotions come from. It sneaks in behind the mind and becomes us. We become the people in our environment unless we transform them and they become us or better than us. Environment can be stronger than will power. Physical immortality and the spiritually enlightened Life is easiest in the context of spiritual community. Spiritual community has to rise above dependency and be based upon self-sufficiency: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, economic, physical, and social self-sufficiency. This kind of spiritual community may be a high ideal, but when we have a core of winners, it is a rich and joyful pleasure. A group of failures usually fails. A group of winners usually prospers. This kind of community will eventually yield a group of senility graduates—a group of conscious immortals, which is to say conscious human beings—pure and simple. In case you didn’t know, this is the same ideal I had in 1974 when I created the first One Year Seminar in San Francisco. What a journey!!! Rebirthing Breathwork was created and perfected in the context of the first two One Year Seminars that I created. Bill Chappele and Sondra Ray were members of the first OYS and we are still very close and loving friends. We share total intimacy, honesty, and unfortunately we are too independent. I would be great if we all lived in the same city, county, or at least the same state, so that we could see each other more often and support each other better. There are others from the San Francisco days that are still wonderful friends. There are millions of friends who have come and gone. Without a form in our relationship, we may never see them again in this Life. This is a problem in the context of physical immortality. And we could multiply our impact on the world if we could organize ourselves into a network of One year Seminars. Ten million people can have a very big impact if we can be organized and cooperate on various humanitarian projects. RBI can supply The Framework. It takes maturity and effort and focus to build a One Year Seminar. I think you can agree that the rewards are worth the effort. Think of the fun of touring your country and our world, going from one OYS to another and celebrating Life with spiritually mature people. It would probably take only 20 to 30 OYS groups to support at least one full-time staff member with 20% of the income, to coordinate such a wonderful OYS network. I am your loving friend, Young Len Raja Although I sleep with my fireplace every night and sometimes candles as well, I find it is also necessary to go outside a few times per week to have a fire on the ground. There is something about an open flame that burns away layers of stored E.E.P. that the fireplace doesn’t reach. And sometimes candles seem to get some of it. I usually require at least 4 candles. The Shiva Purana recommends dry, small sticks as the most valuable—probably because they make wonderful dancing flames! E.E.P. releases in waves. We also absorb it in waves. Wave motion is a basic phenomenon in the universe. Sometimes we can experience several waves in a few minutes. Sometimes a big energy concentration and even pain can release in an hour or two. This raises the question: Where is this E.E.P. stored? Certainly not in the brain. Some of it is definitely stored in the fat of the guru belly. This is scientifically probable because my pants start to fall down as the fat disappears sometimes in just a few minutes with the fire, and I can see one or more inches gone when I measure my nude waistline with a tape measure. My waist can go up 2 or more inches when I am teaching or hanging out with mortals. Or it goes down 2 or more inches when I am alone with my fire But this E.E.P. stuff is not only in the fat, it is also somewhere in my aura. I can feel it when it moves. I can feel it and sometimes see it when a big release happens. It can have many different shapes. I can feel the wave of energy with information releases. It feels so good, so freeing. The fire is our friend. It is an eternal gift of God. It is an incarnation of Shiva. Fire is God’s Presence and it has Divine Intelligence. The Shiva Purana says that earth, air, fire, and water, are manifestations of God, along with the sun, moon, energy itself, and the Individual Self. This is a great meditation. If you would like a copy of this, in chapter 2 vol. 3 of the Shiva Purana, just write to me and ask. Your donation will cover the postage, copy, etc. Fire purification is one of the ultimate spiritual initiations. It is not a one-time experience. It has to become a daily discipline. Babaji has taken me to dozens of fire pits He has used through the centuries, including one He used 60,000 years ago. And he always has a fire pit in His sleeping and meditation room.
